Sales Meeting

During our first sales meeting we will discuss what you want in your new home. Your block, your home wishlist and how much you would like to spend. It's a perfect time to ask any questions that have been on your mind.

Design Site Meeting

Once you have paid your deposit, we will arrange a site meeting with you and the draftsman. They will get a good chance to see any possible issues to look out for, and have a much better understanding of your requirements for designing your dream home.

Design

After the site meeting, the draftsman will complete some preliminary drawings for you. During this time, iterations are made on the design to ensure you are getting the home that you want.

Once you agree on a final design, the drawings (working drawings) are completed in preparation for the next stage.

Contract Preparation

The contract preparation is one of the most important phases of the building of your new home. Here we can be in complete agreement to what you are receiving for your money. Haimes Homes are happy to offer a fixed price contract, this ensures you have complete peace of mind during the building process.

Home Build

We begin construction once plans are approved by the relevant authorities, and keep you updated weekly during the process. This ensures you know where the build is up to, and to ensure you are completely happy with the progress of your new home.

Maintenance

The big day has arrived, and you can't wait to move into your new home. At Haimes Homes, we understand how you can miss things with the excitement of moving into your new home.

All homes have a period of settling, and a Haimes Home is no different. We will contact you 90 days after you have moved in to discuss your maintenance list. We offer a 6 month maintenance warranty so you can be rest assured that once you have moved in, your home is covered.
